Dr. Ary Valdés - Gastrointestinal Surgeon and Obesity SpecialistI am a General Practitioner by initial training, with a specialty in General Surgery. During my career as a surgeon, I discovered my true passion: the comprehensive approach to overweight and obesity. This led me to pursue an Advanced Specialty in Obesity Surgery, focusing my practice on offering sustainable and personalized solutions for my patients.I have been a speaker and instructor at international forums on general and bariatric surgery, and my commitment to a comprehensive approach motivated me to deepen my knowledge of nutritional and emotional support before and after surgery.I hold a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition, a Certification in Low-Fat Ketogenic Nutrition, and, recently, a Certification in Nutritional Supplementation. This training allows me to design effective strategies focused on habit change and my patients' metabolic health.I currently combine my clinical practice as a Gastrointestinal Surgeon with my teaching work, participating as a speaker in Ketogenic Prescription courses with the Zélé Method and as an instructor in the Clinical Studies Interpretation Workshop for physicians and nutritionists in Mexico.My approach is humane, comprehensive and sustainable. I firmly believe that real transformation begins from within.
