My commitment as a health professional is to work with responsibility, empathy, and warmth for the good of my patients. I have 16 years of experience as a urologist; I trained at the Universidad de Antioquia and at the Universidad CES in Colombia, always within the top institutions in Latin America, and at the Hospital Clínic in Barcelona, Spain. I have developed my career at highly complex hospitals, so I have always been at the forefront of treating difficult-to-manage urological conditions, primarily in endourology, urologic oncology, and kidney transplantation. I worked for more than 8 years as an attending urologist at the Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe in Medellín, Colombia, ranked on several occasions as one of the 10 best hospitals in Latin America. My experience also covers the full range of outpatient urology care: urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, sexually transmitted infections, sexual dysfunctions, among others.
