Phlebitis

Phlebitis is the inflammation of a vein, usually in the legs or arms, which may or may not be accompanied by the formation of a clot inside it.

Common symptoms: It is common to notice redness, warmth, tenderness, and a hardened cord along the affected vein, sometimes with pain to the touch.
