Vincent Stomatitis

Vincent stomatitis is an infection of the gums and the tissues of the mouth, also known as acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis. It is characterized by affecting the gums in a painful way and is usually related to bacteria present in the mouth.

Common symptoms: Gum pain, bleeding, ulcers, marked bad breath, and, at times, general malaise. The gums may look reddened and very sensitive.
