About the Doctor

Hi! I am Yareli and I am a systemic and narrative psychotherapist. I graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico and have practiced clinical psychology for 10 years. I have training in narrative therapy and systemic therapy. I am also interested in the gender perspective and feminisms, so I am also trained in that area. I like being an archaeologist of the meanings, knowledge, and experiences of the people I accompany in therapy. Curiosity, tenderness, and respect are fundamental to me as a psychologist, since with these three pillars I seek to discover their stories. I believe that, precisely, these stories make self-knowledge and self-care possible, which are not static. On the contrary, I believe both will keep generating changing perspectives thanks to the particular and collective contexts of the people who attend therapy. I am always looking to keep learning, especially on feminist topics and in the artistic field. I dedicate myself 100% to providing in-person and online therapy sessions. I am currently studying a master's in family therapy.
