About the Doctor

Hello! I am Viviana Vasquez Camargo. I studied Medicine at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia. I trained as an Ophthalmology specialist at the Instituto de Oftalmología Fundación Conde de Valenciana and later completed training in the Oncology Department of the C.M.N. Siglo XXI. I am also passionate about teaching, so I completed a diploma in Medical Teaching at the Facultad de Medicina of U.N.A.M. and another in Diabetes Education given by the Federación Mexicana de Diabetes and Universidad Anahuac. I am currently a professor of this diploma program. I recently created "Motivision," which is a comprehensive service for visual health and diabetes care. Our mission is "to transform your functional vision and life," achieving a change of habits that lead you to self-management of diabetes. At Motivision we offer you the services of: *Ophthalmology - Eye diseases and surgery *Nutrition and health with the help of a collaborator who is an expert in guidance on healthy eating, prevention, and control of chronic diseases *Diabetes education - learning new behaviors that allow you to properly self-manage diabetes.
