*I studied the Physician and Surgeon degree at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. *Graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana CDMX where I completed two postgraduate programs, the Specialty in Obesity and Comorbidities and, later, the Master's Degree in Applied Nutrition. *I had the opportunity to complete a summer stay at ITA Salud Mental, ITA Madrid location and Centro ABB Sevilla where I learned about the management of the main psychopathologies of eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder, which are associated with weight obsession. I also acquired some tools to manage the main comorbidities of eating disorders such as Anxiety and Depression. *I am a Diabetes Educator through Universidad Anahuac and the Sociedad Mexicana de Diabetes; from this perspective I can help you improve your quality of life through educational strategies to improve your lifestyle. I developed the E-learning Program VIVIendo con Diabetes, with the goal of educating people who live with Diabetes and Obesity, reducing the risk of complications.
