About the Doctor

I am Mtra. Veronica Aguilar Rodriguez, a psychologist. For more than 20 years I have been committed to supporting my patients' personal and emotional growth process (Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy). Throughout my training I have been able to observe the areas of opportunity that exist in relationships, since most of them wait until a moment of crisis to consider couples therapy. My goal is to give you a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely, recognize what you feel, and find new ways toward well-being. I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples, which is based on an individual and couple analysis to design the appropriate treatment for clients. Throughout my experience, I have worked with people facing anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship difficulties, helping them discover inner resources and strengthen their emotional health, as well as achieve effective communication as a couple. I firmly believe that every therapeutic process is unique and that together we can build a path toward balance, clarity, and inner peace. I am passionate about listening, understanding, and accompanying those who seek to transform their lives from a more conscious and kind place toward themselves.
