About the Doctor

I am a clinical psychologist, graduate of the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, with training in psychoanalysis, a specialty in Clinical Sexology, and more than 8 years of experience in psychotherapy. I accompany therapeutic processes through empathetic listening, respect, and the uniqueness of each person. I provide psychological care to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples, as well as to members of the LGBT+ community, offering individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy in a safe, confidential, judgment-free space. My therapeutic approach aims to create a safe clinical setting where emotional distress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and sexual difficulties can be understood and worked through comprehensively. From clinical sexology, I support processes related to sexual dysfunctions, sexual desire, difficulties with intimacy, communication problems, infidelity, and emotional bonds. Although my foundation is psychoanalysis, I integrate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches when the clinical situation requires it, especially in brief or medium-length psychological treatments. I continually pursue professional development to offer ethical, sensitive, personalized psychotherapy, considering the history, context, and needs of each client.
