I studied a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a psychoanalytic approach at Universidad Intercontinental. Then, at the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt, I completed two graduate programs, one in Human Development and another in Gestalt Psychotherapy, as well as a specialty in Sexuality. Gestalt psychotherapy focuses on the here and now, on the present, on what the individual thinks or feels, taking into account the past that affects the present. It invites the person to "become aware," generating awareness of themselves, their actions, and their being, in order to help the person become free and independent to foster their personal growth. Through psychotherapy, you will be able to discover the right tools that will allow you to identify and resolve your conflicts, getting to know yourself and reconnecting with yourself to regain your emotional stability and quality of life.
