Hello! I am Sandra Alquisiras, a graduate in Psychology from Universidad del Valle de Mexico, and a specialist in the treatment of addictions and obesity. I have 9 years of clinical experience providing cognitive-behavioral and behavioral-contextual interventions, interventions that have scientific evidence and methodological structure to help my patients achieve their therapeutic goals. I have various studies in Addictions, Obesity, Comprehensive Well-being, Image, Fitness, Gender, and Violence. My career as a Clinical Psychologist at the Secretaria de Salud gave me the opportunity to address Mental Health in various areas and contexts, giving me broad experience in topics such as eating disorders, obesity, promotion of healthy lifestyles, prevention of risk factors for self-destructive behaviors, prevention and treatment of addictions, depression, anxiety, life skills, personal development, and habits.
