About the Doctor

There are moments in life when, even though everything seems to keep working on the outside, on the inside we feel anxiety, emotional exhaustion, sadness, or confusion about what we are going through. Many people seek psychological support when these experiences begin to affect their well-being, their relationships, or the way they feel about themselves. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist trained in child Gestalt psychotherapy. I accompany children, adolescents, and adults going through these moments who wish to understand more clearly what they are feeling. In sessions I offer a safe and respectful space where you can speak freely about what you are experiencing. My goal is to help you understand your emotions, strengthen your internal resources, and find new ways to face difficulties. I work from a humanistic approach that integrates what you think, what you feel, and what you do. I believe that when we achieve greater self-awareness, we can make clearer decisions and build healthier relationships. I have experience accompanying processes related to trauma, childhood behavioral problems, couple crises, and life transitions. I also provide guidance to parents who want to better understand their children and support their emotional development. Each process is unique. That's why I adapt the support to your needs, respecting your pace and your personal goals. Sometimes understanding what we feel is the first step to beginning to live with greater clarity and peace of mind.
