About the Doctor

Passionate about life, film and art, committed to social justice. Psychologist from the Universidad de las Américas and Master in Psychology (Family Therapy) from UNAM. I have the privilege of accompanying people in processes of change motivated by their dreams, desires and preferred stories. People are not walking diagnoses, they are stories, complex and dynamic realities that exist within a context. My role as a therapist is to walk hand in hand with families, couples and individuals to weave, through dialogue, a more flexible narrative, open to new possibilities. The therapeutic space is the opportunity to become aware of our reality and, in a compassionate and accepting way, venture toward new paths. Besides psychotherapy, I also enjoy giving talks and workshops on topics such as family dynamics, human development and psychology in general. I have had the opportunity to participate in various forums as a speaker at institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Universidad Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru, and ISSSTE, as well as being an instructor in the Diploma in Couples Psychotherapy at Fes Iztacala, UNAM.
