Hello, my name is Rebeca and I am a nutritionist, graduate of the Universidad La Salle Chihuahua, with a diploma in pediatric nutrition from Anahuac Mayab. My priority in consultation is to help the patient make changes, no matter how big or small, since for me each person is unique and needs individualized attention with empathy, tailored to each person's habits, preferences, and goals. My goal is to give them the tools so that these changes can be sustainable in the long term, without needing to resort to extreme diets, and to improve their relationship with food.
