Psychologist with more than 8 years of continuous, ongoing experience. From the first session, clients presenting with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Addictions, unresolved Grief, Insomnia, couples therapy, among other areas like Self-esteem, tend to begin feeling great improvement, because they start listening to themselves and seeing for themselves, in order to pursue what is truly important to them as individuals. Being a Hypnotherapist also brings together the possibilities of creating CONSTANT CHANGE in clients. Over these years I have noticed that, in sessions, many clients need movement, because sometimes they know what they have to do and don't do it. That's why, from the very first session, we do therapeutic exercises to gradually dissolve the person's symptom and thereby heal more QUICKLY. I worked for a time inside a Psychiatric hospital, so I gained skills and developed a greater ability to INSTANTLY detect the client's main symptom.
