About the Doctor

I know that life today is demanding and challenging, to the point of feeling overwhelmed or alone; but that's not how it has to be. As a PSYCHOTHERAPIST and SEX THERAPIST (as applicable), I have the tools and experience necessary to treat problems related to the emotions and behaviors that negatively affect our quality of life. SEXUALITY We all need to feel fulfilled, whether we are men or women; when this does not happen, we can end up feeling frustration, irritability, or general discomfort. This can be due to aspects we have not yet explored in ourselves, to a lack of self-knowledge and communication, which affects our emotional and erotic relationships with our partner, resulting in distancing that leaves behind love, complicity, creativity, and also the pleasure of being together, of being able to accompany each other along the way. Without a doubt this impacts the enjoyment of sexual pleasure, since encounters can become spaced out, as well as mechanical or stressful, losing the creativity and spontaneity that characterizes a relationship in its early stages. The goal in therapy is to recover it. PSYCHOTHERAPY My experience has led me to design processes for strengthening personal, family, couple, childhood, adolescent, and work life, among others. Managing to influence and accompany so that life develops in a constructive and purposeful way, and to be able to face situations that arise in various areas of life and countless stimuli for which we may not be prepared. Psychoeducation allows us to break myths and review the belief system that governs our life and our choices, leading us to be more aware of ourselves, our feelings, and the effects our actions and decisions have.
