As a psychiatrist, graduate of the Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatría, I have extensive experience treating patients with depression, anxiety, addictions, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and sleep disorders; in addition, I practice specialized psychotherapy for personality disorders, more specifically, borderline and narcissistic disorder. A fundamental goal of the first sessions is to determine the likelihood that the disorder in question is physical, mental, or neurological; once we have a clearer estimate, we will focus on evaluating the best treatment option, whether psychological, psychopharmacological, or with another specialist. I am pleased to mention that the therapy option I offer aims to identify and nurture the vital parts that go beyond the diagnostic category, in order to achieve better functioning and life satisfaction.
