Hello! I am a Clinical Psychologist specialized in managing emotions, depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress, grief, family problems, breakups, work problems, sense of life purpose, among others. I work with an approach based on Evidence-Based Therapies (CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, MBSR, MBCT, Systemic-Family, and EFT). I always complement my practice with tools from various schools such as Psychodynamic, Humanistic Psychology (e.g. Positive Psychology, Gestalt), and sessions are designed based on your own needs and goals. We will go at your own pace and rest assured this is a space of trust where you can talk about any topic you want to address with strict confidentiality.
