About the Doctor

I studied general medicine at the Facultad de Medicina, at Ciudad Universitaria (UNAM) and completed my pediatric training at the Hospital Infantil de Mexico Federico Gomez. I speak 4 languages (Spanish, English, French, and German), have more than 15 published articles, have attended more than 40 conferences, and am certified by the "Consejo Mexicano de Certificacion en Pediatria A.C." As a pediatrician my main goal is to guarantee the optimal development of children, and with it their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, from birth to adolescence, through preventive care and timely diagnosis and treatment of illnesses or injuries that occur during this stage of life. Since I was little I dreamed of being a "children's doctor"; now that I am, I realize it's better than I thought and that children have a lot to offer us and we to them, so I always seek to stay up to date, both in scientific and technological knowledge, to provide quality, evidence-based medical care, as well as to form a team with both the parents and the children, explaining the condition in detail in language each of them can understand and resolving all the doubts and concerns that may arise.
