About the Doctor
Dr. Luis Cesar Valencia is a graduate of Autonomous University of Queretaro School of Medicine, Ranked 1st in class; with a 2 year General Surgery Residency at the American British Cowdray Medical Center, and a Plastic Surgery Residency at Mexico City General Hospital “HGRL” held by The National Autonomous University of Mexico. He did part of his training at Yale University, Texas Children's Hospital, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and University of Toronto. Following his plastic surgery training, he completed a Body contouring and Gluteal Fellowship in Brazil under the mentorship of the world-renowned plastic surgeon and master in the field, Dr. Raul Gonzalez. He then moved to Toronto to perform an Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery Fellowship at University of Toronto. Dr. Valencia is a board-certified plastic surgeon by @CMCPER and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons Certificaciones AMCPER - Asociación Mexicana de Cirugía Plástica, Estética y Reconstructiva ASAPS - American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery ASPS - American Society of Plastic Surgeons ISAPS - International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
