Hi! I'm Karla, a clinical psychologist and I offer therapy based on a systemic and cognitive-behavioral approach. I care about providing a safe and comfortable space for anyone going through difficult situations or looking to change certain non-functional behaviors. My goal is to accompany you in your process, whatever it may be, and to provide the tools you need to reach your personal goals. Because of my career path, I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, with victims of violence, people with ADHD, and I am currently getting certified in psychonutrition. I offer private consultation to adults, adolescents (from age 12), and couples, either virtually or in person.To ensure a respectful, organized, and beneficial therapeutic process for both parties, here are my working rules:Payment for the session is made the same day as the consultation, before starting or at the end of the session.You can pay by: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.The session starts at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from the session to respect the day's schedule.If there is any delay on my part, I guarantee we will make up the time or I will make up for it in a later session.All information shared in session is confidential, within the limits established by law and the professional code of ethics.If at any point you need certificates or documentation, we can arrange this in advance.
