Hi! I'm Miguel. Like you, I'm convinced that knowing and recognizing what's in our hands — our thoughts, emotions, and attitudes — is the first step to feeling better. On my path as a psychologist I've delved into mindfulness, Buddhism, Ericksonian hypnosis, and evidence-based therapies. I integrate all of that knowledge to accompany you toward feeling better, in a space where you can share and express what you don't feel sure how or whether to say.
