About the Doctor

Psychologist with more than 28 years of experience dedicated to private practice and to training and educating future psychotherapists. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Systemic Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Philosophy and Human Sciences. In my practice I adopt an ecosystemic approach that considers the person's full context, their environment, and their relationships. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis as a tool to facilitate therapeutic change. My areas of specialty include the treatment of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as support in grief processes, separations, and support for oncology patients. I offer individual therapy (adults and adolescents), couples therapy, and family therapy, adapting my interventions to the unique needs of each person I see, to generate processes of deep transformation and the greatest possible mental and emotional well-being.
