About the Doctor

I am Dr. Jesus Urbina, a graduate of UNAM and the Secretaria de Salud, specialized in gastrointestinal and laparoscopic surgery, focused on the well-being and health of patients with gastrointestinal conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, digestive ulcers, Helicobacter pylori infection, gastritis, upper and lower digestive hemorrhage, pancreatitis, acute and chronic diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, and hemorrhoidal disease. I perform open and laparoscopic surgery for umbilical, inguinal, femoral, wall, incisional, and hiatal hernias; in scheduled and emergency surgery of the gallbladder, appendix, intestinal obstruction, diverticular disease, as well as removal of lipomas, always with the intention of looking out for my patients' well-being, clarifying their doubts according to their condition or symptoms and regarding the surgical procedures to be performed.
