About the Doctor

Jose Arturo Ramirez Garcia holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes, earning his degree with a professionalizing track in Forensic Psychology. He is a forensic psychology expert authorized by the Judicial Branch of the State of Aguascalientes and a founding member of the Centro de Investigaciones Psicojuridicas. He has served as a university professor teaching Evaluation Methodology, Forensic Psychology, and Criminological Psychology at the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes, Universidad Cuauhtemoc, and Universidad de Durango. He is a methodological advisor to the Observatorio de Violencia Social y de Genero del Estado de Aguascalientes. He obtained an international certification in CRIMINAL PROFILING from the Academy of Behavioral Profiling (ABP) and the International Association of Forensic Criminologist (IAFC) (2016-2017). Through various specialized consulting firms, he has taught courses and training to operational personnel of the Secretaria de Seguridad Publica del Estado de Aguascalientes on topics related to the social prevention of violence, and to psychology experts in the states of Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi, and Colima on topics related to the psychology of testimony.
