About the Doctor

I am Ivonne Salazar, a nutritionist with more than 6 years of consultation experience, specialized in clinical and sports nutrition. I hold diplomas in Sports Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition, in addition to training in women's nutrition and hormonal balance. As part of my training process, I did a stay at the Centro Nacional de Desarrollo de Talentos Deportivos de Alto Rendimiento, CNAR. I am currently certified as an anthropometry technician by The International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry, ISAK. I accompany my patients step by step until they achieve their goals, working comprehensively not only on physical objectives, but also on their relationship with food. I provide personalized care to different profiles, from high-performance and amateur athletes to women with conditions such as PCOS and hypothyroidism. I also design meal plans focused on fat loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, and complementary feeding for children. My approach is centered on generating sustainable habit changes, so that results are not only visible, but last over time.
