I have worked in clinical practice in various settings ranging from juvenile detention centers, now Treatment Communities for Adolescents, through the Institute for Addiction Care and Prevention, to Shelters for homeless people with psychosocial disabilities such as schizophrenia, and I have also dealt with situations of violence involving older adults. The approach I use ranges from traditional systemic therapy to postmodern conversational and reflective therapies, which allows me to work with individuals, couples, and families.
