The consultation includes an InBody assessment with the latest technology to determine body composition (only if you want), a nutrition guide, guides to supermarket brands, equivalences, recommendations, and nutritional education; I may ask you for certain lab tests to find out how your body is doing and start this process in the most complete way possible!
