I have worked remotely (by call or video) for more than a decade, whether with one person, or a family together or in several locations, which is an advantage for many clients, especially minors, older adults, people with depression or addictions, domestic violence... since it reduces costs in time and travel, as well as excuses to abandon or miss sessions, since only a phone is required. Personally, I use three methodological strands (I am not referring to theoretical-therapeutic schools): 1st. Cognitive therapies, social skills, and attachment. 2nd. Techniques for physiological-emotional and behavioral self-regulation. 3rd. Interventions such as those provided by family and couples therapy, NLP, EMDR, trauma psychology, coping with loss, violence... Supported by a systemic and gender framework. Depending on the case, I have combined them. I completed a Master's degree, funded by CONACyT, in Systemic Psychotherapy at Universidad de las Américas in Mexico City. I am the founder of the Movement of Men for Equitable and Violence-Free Relationships AC (MHORESIVI). I am also a Master in Neurolinguistic Programming from Grinder & De Lozier Co. I have doctoral studies in Educational Technology, training in audiovisual production. My professional approach focuses on brief or in-depth therapy working with adults and children with their families, who suffer from anxiety and depression, grief and post-traumatic stress, school and work difficulties. Psychosomatic disorders, losses... My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help my patients identify and address their emotional and relational problems, so they can achieve a more balanced and satisfying life with well-being. As a psychologist, I am dedicated to providing personalized care and a comprehensive approach to each patient I see. My goal is to contribute to the emotional and mental well-being of my patients and help them overcome the challenges they face in their lives.
