I am a clinical psychologist with extensive experience treating adults and couples, specializing in Ericksonian psychotherapy, thanatology, and systemic therapy. My passion for mental health and emotional well-being has led me to continuous training, pursuing a master's in Hypnosis and Ericksonian Psychotherapy at the Centro Ericksoniano de Mexico, in addition to multiple diplomas in areas such as: Ericksonian psychotherapy, systemic therapy, couples therapy, and advanced thanatology, and courses and workshops on anxiety, depression, couples therapy, thanatology, NLP, and health psychology. With more than a decade of experience in private practice, I have supported and accompanied people facing anxiety, stress, emotional losses, and problems in their interpersonal relationships, psychosomatic conditions, and depression. My therapeutic approach is flexible and respectful, integrating a systemic vision, Ericksonian methods, strategies, and techniques, and psychobiology to facilitate profound changes in my clients.
