Hello, my name is Florencia Espelosin Valles, I am 28 years old and I am a psychologist by profession. I graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez and I am currently finishing my master's degree in Clinical Psychotherapy at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores y Formacion Humana. I am also a Vinyasa Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance. Some of my personal tools that benefit both my mental and physical health are practicing yoga, meditation, and going to the gym. I really enjoy having coffee in the mornings, reading, dancing, listening to music, and I love being in contact with nature. I consider myself an empathetic, responsible, organized, active, passionate, and resilient person.
