As a cognitive psychotherapist specialized in adolescents and adults, I am deeply committed to my patients' emotional well-being and personal growth. I have solid academic training and various diploma courses that enrich my practice, allowing me to address a wide range of issues from an integrative, evidence-based approach.My work focuses on offering a safe, empathetic and judgment-free therapeutic space, where each person can explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviors, understand their origin and build effective tools to transform their life. I support processes related to anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal conflicts, existential crises, as well as managing self-harming behaviors, suicide risk and personality disorders.Through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) - my main approach - and backed by solid complementary training, I tailor interventions to each patient's particular needs.
