I love well-child visits; there's nothing more amazing than helping overwhelmed parents know they're doing things right and answering their questions about caring for their children, such as vaccines, complementary feeding, and sleep habits. I'm a big supporter of helping moms and dads with early attachment, humanized birth, and breastfeeding. And although my goal is for children to be very healthy, I know how to solve problems for the sick child. I have a special interest in adolescent health, especially in aspects of mental and sexual health; helping the adolescent and their parents during such a critical stage of life seems essential to me in my field of development.
