Adult psychiatrist - High specialty in Perinatal Mental Health I am David Fernando Muñoz Botello, I finished my degree as a medical surgeon at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. I completed my training as a psychiatrist at the Hospital Psiquiatrico de Campeche, endorsed by the Universidad Autonoma de Campeche. I completed a Fellowship in Perinatal Mental Health at the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona. I completed a diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Centro de Psicoterapia Cognitiva. Member of the Asociacion Mexicana de Psiquiatria. Member of the Sociedad Mexicana de Neuroestimulacion. Member of the International Marce Society. Member of the Marce Society of North America (MONA). Current vice president of the Asociacion Mexicana de Salud Mental Perinatal. My mission as a psychiatrist is to provide a specialized, quality medical service, committed to giving my patients humanized care, with timely treatment and diagnosis. Another of my goals as a health professional is to spread information about the importance of mental health in the development and overall wellbeing of the human being. One of my passions in psychiatry is perinatal mental health, which is why I have specialized in this field in order to care for women with a mental condition during this very vulnerable stage.
