About the Doctor
I studied medicine at the school of medicine of Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, where I received the "Cruz Forjada al Estudio" award for achieving a 9.8 average. I completed my specialty at the prestigious Centro Medico Nacional La Raza, with university endorsement from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. I have experience managing patients with chronic diseases, elderly patients, preoperative assessments, and diseases that are difficult to diagnose, as well as management of hospitalized patients. I am currently a physician on staff in the Internal Medicine service at an IMSS hospital. Adjunct professor in the Internal Medicine specialization course at the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, and lead professor of Internal Medicine for undergraduate students at UNAM and IPN, which keeps me constantly up to date. I am recertified by the Consejo Mexicano de Medicina Interna 2015-2019. I attend courses and conferences in the specialty, both national and international.
