About the Doctor

Hello! I am Cynthia Martinez, licensed in Psychology, a humanistic art therapist in training at the Instituto Internacional de Core Danzaterapia, endorsed by UNESCO. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Universidad Gestalt. I have more than 6 years of experience working with girls, boys, and adolescents, and 4 years in the clinical field treating both the pediatric population and adults. I currently provide therapeutic support at El Arte de Ser, a space created with care to help you reconnect with yourself from a kind, respectful perspective. I work from the Gestalt approach, which promotes self-knowledge, authenticity, and emotional well-being. My intention is to offer you a safe space where you can be yourself, without judgment, where you can feel heard, supported, and free to explore your emotions and personal processes. Each person is unique, so I tailor each process to your needs, integrating creative and expressive tools that foster emotional and personal development.
