Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), which allows me to integrate internationally evidence-based tools into ethical, professional, results-oriented clinical support.
