About the Doctor

I am a Psychologist, a graduate of the Facultad de Psicología of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. I studied Sexology and Sexual Psychotherapy at Profesionistas en Psicoterapia Sexual A.C. I trained as a Gestalt Psychotherapist at the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt. My mission as a therapist is to promote and foster mental health, emotional well-being and personal development, among other things, through facilitating support tools that allow clients, in individual, couples and/or group therapy, to strengthen their qualities, achieve fulfillment and promote their transformation. There are four different approaches to the work: · Gestalt Therapy: Emphasizes the here and now, the goal is to increase human potential, supporting the genuine interests, desires and needs of the individual · Person-Centered Approach: Discovering basic tools that enhance the person's development and creativity. · Reencounter Therapy: Views the patient as a sexual being, integrating their physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, behavioral and social aspects.
