Congratulations on seeking psychological care! Taking this step shows courage and commitment to yourself. I hope I can accompany you in this process. I provide individual psychological guidance for adults, including: assessment, diagnostic impression, psychoeducation, treatment, and referral if necessary. My approach centers on helping you understand yourself and others. We work together to make sense of your emotions, intentions, beliefs, and thoughts. By reflecting on these aspects, little by little you will be able to better manage your emotions and function more satisfactorily, especially in your interpersonal relationships. In this sense, we explore how your bonds with family members, friends, coworkers, partner, etc., can influence your emotional state. We identify relationship and communication patterns to facilitate healthier changes. This is a comprehensive approach, grounded in mentalization-based therapy and interpersonal therapy, both supported by scientific evidence to treat: Personality disorders, Depression, Grief, Interpersonal deficit, Psychosomatic disorders, Social anxiety, Traumatic experiences, Stress, Adjustment disorders, Gender-based violence, Anxiety, Intra- and interpersonal conflicts. I have experience in private psychological care since 2016. In addition, I have worked as an advisor and specialized aide at the Honorable Congreso del Estado de Chihuahua, and as a volunteer psychologist in the Gender Unit of that institution, providing guidance to women in situations of gender-based violence. I have collaborated with Fundacion Tali A.C., applying art therapy and mindfulness techniques for emotional regulation in public middle schools and telesecundarias. I was also part of the "Entre Nosotros" program, offering guidance to adolescents, parents, and staff of the Colegio de Estudios Cientificos y Tecnologicos de Chihuahua, campus 20. Finally, I was part of the psychological care team for victims of gender-based violence coordinated by the organization Creando Comunidades de Paz A.C.
