About the Doctor
Mtra. Anastasiia Antonova trained as a Biomechanics specialist at the National Polytechnic Institute of Russia in the city of Perm, where she carried out various research projects (she has three articles published in indexed journals) and received two second-place awards at mathematical modeling conferences for developing models applied to the human body. She later completed her training in Mexico as a Licensed Nutritionist at UnADM (directly with the SEP). She did her professional internship and social service at Hospital Pediátrico Coyoacán. During her career in Nutrition, she took several courses and diplomas in obesity management, diabetes treatment, and a neurotransmission course for physicians. Since 2023, she has taught online courses on the nutritional composition of foods, good habits, and the dietary management of depression and anxiety. In 2024, she will begin participating as a speaker at various medical conferences throughout the Mexican Republic.
