I trained as a Medical Surgeon at the Facultad Mexicana de Medicina of Universidad La Salle, later completing my Specialty in Gynecology and Obstetrics at HGO No. 4 "Luis Castelazo Ayala" of IMSS, focusing my training on the comprehensive and multidisciplinary management of gynecology-obstetrics patients, as well as the different alternatives for surgical approach. I hold current certification from the Consejo Mexicano de Ginecologia y Obstetricia and am a member of the Colegio Mexicano de Ginecologia y Obstetricia (COMEGO) and the Federacion Mexicana de Ginecologia y Obstetricia (FEMECOG).
