Hello! I am psychologist Alison Montiel, I work with the cognitive behavioral approach which allows us to work simultaneously with past situations, emotions, and problems, achieving changes in the present. I am committed to achieving my patients' well-being and convinced that psychological therapy work, if carried out with professionalism, ethics, and passion for our work, can impressively improve each person's quality of life. I have had the opportunity to work as a psychotherapist since 2015, I hold a specialty in Psychosocial Therapies and I am currently in the process of finishing my master's degree. I offer a free initial interview in which I explain how I work, in which you can assess whether the approach I use is what you are looking for and whether I am someone you can feel accompanied by in this process. :)
