Hi, I am Ayur Alfonso Sandoval Monárrez, a licensed Psychologist, with a Master's in Legal Psychology and specialist in assessment of criminal behavior. I have training and experience in individual psychotherapy, psychological and forensic diagnosis/evaluation, as well as intervention in problems related to violence and substance use. My work approach is ethical, empathetic, and evidence-based. I mainly use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and other contemporary approaches that have demonstrated effectiveness, adapting them to the needs and context of each person. I have worked both with people in situations of vulnerability and with the general population, and I firmly believe in the power of psychological support to promote well-being, autonomy, and human dignity. During our sessions you will find a safe, judgment-free space, oriented toward self-knowledge, emotional management, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
