The cases I commonly see are anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks (sensation of shortness of breath, tachycardia), existential crisis, low self-esteem, couples therapy, eating disorders, sleep disorders, behavioral disorders, as well as manic-depressive conditions. In therapy I use intervention techniques according to the needs of the client, in some cases with brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and in others with hypnosis techniques. The latter offers excellent results since it works on repairing damage, whether for grief work over a death or the end of a relationship, and also in cases of phobias, addictions, or post-traumatic traumas such as assaults, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, workplace harassment, and rape. I also offer support in a warm, safe environment for confidentiality, working through emotional pain, conflict management, decision-making, guilt, among others. Support is offered to young people and adults with severe depression, as well as suicidal ideation. I accompany couples in managing their relationship, problems of infidelity or personality differences, as well as empty nest cases, when children leave home. In the first session, the reason for the consultation and family history are identified, and the goal to work on is determined. As well as identifying which failed attempts at solutions have been tried, in order to look for new attempts that produce good results.
