About the Doctor

I am Adrian and I graduated as a Physical Therapist. My specialty is the entire system that allows us to move, and in my more than 10 years of experience I study how chronic pain alters mobility. Pain can be a symptom of some condition or a response of your body to excess tension, or on some occasions the result of an injury or surgery that also affects your mobility, and this is where physical therapy must begin. To resolve it, the first step is to listen to you, then I like to be very methodical and look on one side or the other for the origin(s) of your problem. Physical Therapy generally includes the use of some devices, manual therapies, and exercises that will promote your prompt recovery, as well as a lot of empathy and active listening.
