El Dr. César Villalpando es un exelente especialista, en mi primer consulta, me dió un diagnóstico, el cuál me sugirió otros estudios, para confirmar el diagnóstico de adenoma pleomorfo en parótida izquierda, me explicó a detalle lo que sería la cirugía, la cuál fue un éxito, no quedó ningún daño en el nervio facial, estuvo al pendiente en el hospital y resuelve todas las dudas en el momento, es honesto y confiable lo recomiendo es el mejor Dr. Maxilofacial.
