Es la primera vez que tomo terapia DBT, llevo 8 sesiones, me ha ayudado mucho para regularme, las explicaciones han sido detalladas y me ha dado materiales para entender mejor el proceso. Estoy muy agradecida por su dedicación y guía. Fue un gran alivio encontrar a Sinahí, es excelente, muy recomendable seguir la terapia DBT con ella.
