Lo mejor: El trato profesional y la seguridad con la que explica cada detalle demuestra su experiencia y el gusto por lo que hace. Podría mejorar: Un ambiente mas relajado en la sala de espera musica antiestres,tenue tal ves un sillón mas mullido, eso me prepara y me da cofianza
